What is a live cigar rolling event?
Our master cigar roller (torcedor) sets up an elegant rolling station at your venue and hand-rolls fresh premium cigars for your guests in real time. It's part entertainment, part luxury experience — guests love watching the artistry and then enjoying a freshly made cigar.
What types of events do you serve?
We serve weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, galas, private parties, golf tournaments, holiday celebrations, milestone birthdays, and more. If you're hosting an event and want a unique premium experience, we're a great fit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (April through October). Popular dates can fill up quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
How does the booking process work?
1. Choose your service and package size on our website.
2. Submit your event details (date, venue, guest count).
3. We'll send you a contract for review and signature.
4. Pay a 20% deposit to secure your date.
5. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
What is included in the cigar rolling package?
Every package includes: a professional master torcedor, premium long-filler tobacco, a fully set up rolling station, custom cigar bands (upon request), and complete setup and cleanup. You don't need to provide anything — we bring everything.
How many cigars should I order?
A good rule of thumb is one cigar per guest who smokes, which is typically 40-60% of your total guest count. For a 150-person wedding, 50-75 cigars is usually perfect. Not sure? We're happy to help you estimate.
What are your prices?
Our cigar rolling packages start at $450 for 50 cigars, $650 for 75 cigars, and $850 for 100 cigars. We also offer premium coffee brewing sessions. For custom packages or larger events, contact us for a personalized quote.
Do you travel outside South Florida?
Yes! While we're based in South Florida, we're available for travel nationwide. Travel fees may apply for events outside our local service area. Contact us for details.
Can I customize the cigar bands?
Absolutely. We can create custom cigar bands featuring your names, event date, company logo, or any design you'd like. This is a popular option for weddings and corporate events. Just let us know when booking.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please review your contract for our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Generally, we're flexible with date changes when given reasonable notice.
